It was a long weekend indeed. We had an extra day of rest as it was montessori day yesterday so it was also a holiday in my son’s school. Too bad though, I wasn’t able to accomplish much during the long weekend. But I got to rest, a lot! If only we have some comfortable outdoor chaise lounges, the long, relaxing weekend would have been so much better. But I got my bed, so it is still good.

Our internet was down for six days and counting, would you believe? The connection was bad for over a month already, but this week was the worst. There are a lot of things that I need to work on online, like look into how to buy gold coins as a favor for a relative, and a few more tasks. If only there was other internet service providers in our area, I would disconnect our current one in a heartbeat. And it would have been alright if I don’t have work. But I do. So now I have no choice but to resort to broadband.

We plan to get another insurance for the family. It is one of our priorities in the coming year. I just hope that our budget will permit us to get a much better policy than our current one. There are several online insurance quotes, I am sure we can find one the best suits our needs and budget. I am just glad I can do this thing online. Saves a lot of time and money, too.

Am I thin? I don’t think so. Some are telling me that I did lose weight based on my current photos. But personally, I am not sure if I did lose some weight. My weight is still the same and I think today I gained a few lbs just because I ate more than usual for lunch and dinner. I need to remember this to tomorrow so I won’t overeat again. Anyway, photos can be quite deceiving, don’t you think so? I am still a few lbs shy of my pre-pregnancy weight but I am in no rush to get there. I have heard of apidexin, but for the meantime I will try to eat healthy first and see what happens. As much as I want to brisk walk, I can’t for now because of asthma.

I am clueless when it comes to makeup. I used to like to learn more about makeup but for some reason, I lost my interest on it. I am thinking that it’s primarily because of laziness. I just don’t like having to do so much stuff on my face and then washing it off afterwards. I always go for the simplest beauty routine ever since. However I came across a beauty school in Wichita and it somehow sparked my interest on makeup once again. Who wouldn’t with their high-class campuses that is so much like the posh salons. Plus you not only get to learn about makeup but that whole beauty business from A to Z. No wonder graduates from the school are very much sought after throughout the US.

I am helping out a friend research online degrees. She is determined to get a degree despite her current work and responsibilities. It’s good that there are tons on online schools out there offering online graduate degree and college degree programs. Anyway, our search led us to Collegedegreestoday.com. I missed Facebook for the past three weeks as we were having intermitted internet connection. When will this ever end? Anyway, it looks like our connection is back to its old self again, for the past two days at least. I rarely post in Facebook but I love how I can easily get in touch with friends through it. And I just discovered that United States Gold Bureau is now in Facebook, as well. I have been wanting to learn more about investing in gold and other precious metals, and having them on Facebook makes it a whole lot easier. I am able to see the latest through their page.
