On Fitness.

Finally, I got to walk/run on the treadmill today. Too bad, I forgot to put on my pedometer. I really want to count my steps. I know there’s a certain number of steps that we must have in a day. Is it 10,000? I’m not sure. But of course, the more steps the better.

Given the budget and space, I want to have an elliptical. I get bored easily so I need an alternate for the treadmill. But this will have to wait. And the waiting is going to be long I bet. :)

I came across a muscle stimulator recently. I think DH can use this. That is if he puts his heart into working out.
