Wants vs Needs.
Sep 30, 2010 Etc.
“We wake up everyday with a list of wishes, and maybe we spend our lives trying to make those wishes come true. But just because we want them, doesn’t mean that we need them to be happy.”
~ Ned, Pushing Daisies
True. Don’t you think so, too? I do have several material wishes and I do post them in my blogs once in a while. But they are just my wants and I know that they aren’t necessities. I will never dare spend so much on something that isn’t important. Most especially now that I am trying to focus on our long term goals. Investing is something we are looking into and I have been visiting United States Gold Bureau trying to learn about investing in gold, silver and other precious metals. If you seriously want to have your wealth protected, investing them in gold bullion and coins is truly recommended. Do visit United States Gold Bureau if you likewise want to learn more about this type of investment.
In Search Of.
Sep 26, 2010 Etc.
Time surely flies. It will be the new year in just a couple of months and up until now, I haven’t checked any insurance companies. DH asked me to look into the products of other insurance companies as he has been wanting to replace, or maybe get another insurance for the family. He isn’t that happy anymore with our current insurance company, he wants us to look for other options. I hope I can find a good and hopefully cheap life insurance for us.
Weekly Deals From Buy.com.
Sep 25, 2010 Etc.
If there’s a single store that I regularly check out online, that will be buy.com. If only those widescreen LCD TVs could fit in a balikbayan box, I would surely have ordered several of those. But since they don’t, I am now eyeing those little gadgets like digital camcorder, cameras and hard drives. Oh yes, I couldn’t get enough of those. If only I can afford them, I would have a huge collection of cameras by now. But with the great deals from Buy, I might just be able to do that.
Money Doesn’t Grow On Trees.
Sep 18, 2010 Etc.
Money doesn’t grow on trees. That’s why whenever we need to buy something big; we would visit several stores, looking for the best deal. It’s our hard-earned money and we don’t want to spend it on something we would later regret. And I believe this thinking goes the same way with investment. Of course, you would want to invest your money on something that is secure and yet will earn well. Investing on gold bullion, silver and other precious metals is getting popular lately, mainly because gold has been recognized for centuries as one of the most excellent ways to safeguard one’s wealth and even purchasing power. That’s because gold’s value increases over time and it is more stable than any other currency. If you are interested in this type of investment, do visit United States Gold Bureau. They are recognized as America’s best dealer and have been receiving good reviews with an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
Been Walking All Day.
Sep 17, 2010 Etc.
I guess I won’t be needing the best diet pills for women. For now, at least, as I have been walking practically all day. We have been to 3 different malls today as DH has been canvassing for something. DH rarely shops but when he has to buy something, he needs to check several malls before he decides. We don’t have much funds, so we had to look for the most reasonably-priced item that’s why. Anyway, all the effort didn’t go to waste and we all went home happy and excited.

His Favorite Place.
Sep 16, 2010 Etc.
As of today, my son’s favorite place is Acuatico Beach Resort in Batangas. He has been bugging us to go to Acuatico again as he said that he wants to go swimming there again. If only the weather is good, we will not have second thoughts visiting the place again. But of course, rain or shine, it is still fun to swim, except of course if there’s a typhoon. I might just make use of indoor tanning lotions instead. We’ll see. Who knows the daddy might give in.
