I am doing a bit of gardening this summer break. Our plants badly needs some tender loving care. Thank goodness, we don’t have a big lawn and garden. We fail so miserably when it comes to taking care of plants. I like gardening, but I do not like to get my hands dirty that’s why I am asking DH to get a pair of work gloves. DS can’t wait for our gardening session, too. It is primarily because he can’t wait to play with the soil.

The husband is planning on getting a new laptop. His old one is getting a bit slow. He has a smaller laptop that he brings everywhere, but at home he prefers to work on a bigger screen. I know he has a few brands in mind already and he is just saving for it. He might ask his sister abroad to purchase it for him. Anyway, I saw hp laptops from thesource.ca, and the prices are really so tempting. Most of the gadgets are with huge discounts and even come with a PC bundle. Let’s see if I can ask DH to get one for me, as well.

I really can’t wait for my son’s school to end. They still have four days till their vacation. It’s bittersweet as this will be their last year together and they will go to big schools already. But I’m sure they will adjust very well and I am hoping my son will do good, as well. Anyway, I am looking forward to our summer as we will be heading to a nearby beach. I wonder if I’ll be needing slimming pill to be ready for the beach. Or I should just probably look for a swimwear that can hide my unwanted fats.

DH likewise took portrait photos of me. He was testing the lighting on me first, before taking photos of DS. I have seen some of them though I haven’t downloaded them yet. But I am very sure, you won’t be seeing them anywhere. 
I don’t have plans of uploading them, ever. I am not sure if it’s because of age or hormones or diet, but my skin isn’t at its clearest. I hope it’s not severe cystic acne and it would clear up right after I get my monthly visit. Or else, I am sure to frequent severeacne.org.

DH just completed his Basic Photography Class in FPPF. Their last assigment was a portrait and still life photo. He initially thought of doing a mother and son portrait (of course, that’s me and my boy), but I refused. He would need to do a lot of editing just to get rid of blackheads on my face. And yes, I am a frequent visitor of Getridofblackhead.org as my skin has been bothering me lately.
Anyway, DH submitted a close-up portrait of DS and a photo of a beer bottle for his still life. And both photos got awards. And he was the only one in his class of around 50 to get an award for both categories. It was 5th place for the portrait, and 2nd place {just a .01 difference from the 1st place!} for the still life. Nevertheless, I am very proud. Feel free to get in touch with me if you want to avail of his services. Hee-hee.
