~ cook for 48 minutes.
~ grocery shop for 36 minutes.
~ walk moderately for 35 minutes.
~ dust for 34 minutes.
~ garden for 30 minutes.
~ climb stairs for 15 minutes.
~ mop floors for 36 minutes.

I think I can do most, if not all, of the list above. I haven’t been religiously using the treadmill so I need to look for alternative. And I am trying my best to eat healthy, as well. A friend swears by the weight loss pills she tried, though I am still giving it much thought.
